I just love international projects. As big as the differences are between cultures sometimes, even bigger are the opportunities to improve your work when simply looking abroad. International environments energize me, and looking from an international perspective at certain matters always gives an interesting (and usually better!) insight (one of the reasons DutchReview got started!).
